Perhaps it's hard to sleep in when you're stressed and when you feel down on yourself. People say their sleeping time is the last thing they want to do and so they don't even get to sleep at all. But if you were to give people money for the weekend, they'd fall asleep when they wanted to so if they don't want to be tired, then they can't lie about it.
We need to understand that we are living in a world where there's a lot of stress. There's also competition when it comes to paying bills, working and meeting daily requirements because many young people who start jobs are under 30 years old. Even though you're young you have to work hard to meet the requirements. If you're older than 30, you still have to keep the job to earn money, people want to see us happy every day and if we're depressed, they think it's because we don't have money so they make fun of our happiness. So they hate us and don't want to see us happy because they know we can't live without money and they want us to stay depressed. You can not stay depressed when you're happy. Happiness requires being happy. Do you really want to go to the beach? Are you struggling to breathe? It'll not help you if you look unhappy because people like us aren't happy. Just make sure you have enough money. Be happy to yourself. I know a girl who was struggling with depression but she managed to overcome and moved on better because it required her to be happy and the only way she could spend time was going out, meeting new people and having lots of social activities. Make an effort to be happier and try to be kind and consider people who care about you as though you're someone's daughter or son. The best advice that you can get is to be happy with others as often as possible.
Stress has many causes. Some causes are physical illnesses, death of relatives, death of loved ones or simply life itself. We could make some assumptions here. But there are more. In addition, we need to treat all the people a little better. Don’t let other people treat you how you like and take for granted. You need to start to feel a sense that everything you need is not you anymore, you need someone else to help you and give you money so you can live. Try to meet other people and try doing activities to support other people. Find people who're not in a depressed mood, maybe they have a chance to help you. No one likes people who are depressed, so let them help you. Keep busy and try to find friends who are healthy.
If you're depressed, you shouldn't be lonely. If anything, you should make friends and you should go out of your comfort zone. Start learning languages, learn English or French or Spanish so you can speak to others who don't speak English. If you don't like speaking English, you should look for hobbies. Go to the library and get up to date newspapers. Get the latest TV programs, new books and magazines. Learn about the history of countries by researching it. Visit museums, visit the cinema and travel and try visiting the history and culture of other places. At the same time, try to study. Look at the subjects and the things you should study, you can find the motivation to complete a degree or an academic degree.
