In addition yoga can be used as a preventive medicine, not just to relax the nerves and to relieve stress in our bodies. This article contains some useful information about yoga

Yoga, a modern practice that involves a series of poses designed to strengthen and improve your physical condition.

Yoga, originated from Sanskrit words meaning "to control", means to get into equilibrium, harmony, or equilibrium. "Yoga" refers to a discipline of personal development that emphasizes strength training, and focuses on maintaining proper body alignment. Some forms of yoga include Hatha (a form of Hindu yoga), Mahayana (a term used by Zen practitioners and Buddhist monks ), Yin (a term used mostly by women), Reiki (an application that was pioneered by westerners at the turn of the twentieth century), Vinyasa (where people use an approach called flow, they go through three stages - warm ups, cool down, and relaxation), Kundalini (where practitioners focus their attention on controlling the mind in order to achieve meditation)

Yoga includes a wide range of physical activities including stretching and breathing exercises. Yoga also helps strengthen your immune system, improves skin health, boosts metabolism, reduces cholesterol levels, improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, detoxifies the body from toxins, increases alertness, and aids digestion. One of the greatest benefits of regular exercise is that it releases muscle tension and builds healthy muscles.

Yoga is based on spiritual teachings such as the Bhagavad Gita, which has been taught by one of India's great teachers, Sri Krishna. This was based on the principle that all beings have a soul, and this soul, made up of energy, energy, and life force. The teachings of Bhagavad Gita, also known as the Upanishads, were spread throughout India and became an essential part of Buddhism when it came upon Japan. Today the word "yog" is commonly used in reference to both religions.

The origins of Indian Yogi Vedanta can be traced back to India around 500 BCE to 100 BCE. The word Yogi itself comes from the Sanskrit term vedani means "the path of knowledge", derived from the word "vidya" meaning "inward". According to yogavism, there are five major categories of persons: saints, bodhisattvas, karma-charmists, nirvana-seekers, moksha-seekers, ashtanga-seekers

Yogis were traditionally celibate community. A lot of them were priestesses who lived celibacy. So they had to perform hard and uncomfortable physical labor during their time. However today, there are many more yogic communities and those who practice under the name Yoga Padaji (Yoga teacher, Teacher). This teacher teaches his students lessons on how to live well and healthy and he does so with a specific view of living well, teaching students how to keep busy, be physically active and socially aware. Many yoga teachers teach classes, online classes, and other courses that enable anyone to master their own Yoga.

Yoga has several schools who offer online classes and special classes for specific groups of individuals, but generally Yogi Vedanta offers public classes at their studios.

Yogis believe in Karma yoga, where everyone has to face life with a full awareness - from within, without anger or greed, self-doubt and ignorance, to gain peace of mind, and self-knowledge that allow us to live happily and harmoniously. When someone achieves enlightenment, they then enter moksha (liberation) because of their actions: they become enlightened and begin acting according to the law. For example, if a person acts wrongly, it hurts himself and then hurt others, eventually causing damage. People who live in moksha are able to release themselves from ill health, from suffering, from delusion, from hatred. Just like karma and reincarnation, they can reach liberation, satisfaction, and happiness. Yogi Vedanta believes that everyone must take responsibility for his or her destiny.

Yogi Vedanta is practiced by thousands of people in countries around the world. You can subscribe to their online classes, join yoga festivals in your country, and learn how to make good choices. As yoga teachers, you can share your love of yoga and how it has helped you to become a better version of yourself.

How to start a class? Here I have shared some tips to teach a class.

Choose a schedule. If you're new to yoga, you'll need a set of things you can do each week. Try not to give too much of it in one single class, it gives way to overwork. A plan might not be suitable for your student, so try to break that down into steps that will allow them to complete the course of work, and then move onto the next thing.

Practice alone. Set aside exactly half an hour to dedicate to the class and to individual activity, and don't forget to give yourself a break. Make sure you don't take more time than required. Focus on completing the necessary work, then move on to another task once you've finished.

Try and maintain your rhythm. This makes it easier for your energy during class so you don't feel rushed. Keep going until the last minute because when there is less focus on the outcome, the results don't come off as well as a bit later. Do try to be patient, be focused, because the longer you go, the easier it gets.

Pay attention to the energy. Notice how your hands, body, and breath are moving while you chant these words. Take note of each movement and make sure it's done properly. Don't skip a few syllables or even get distracted. We've heard stories about people who did yoga in front of huge mirrors and could barely see the teacher. Not very helpful.

Do not leave your feet exposed. If you're working on legs and hips, it makes it difficult to concentrate on the movement so leave this out. And always keep the spine straight, there is a reason why there are so many videos claiming that you get rid of it. Backache can cause poor concentration, and if you want to concentrate properly, it's best to stay away from any discomfort, especially when it comes to your feet.

Don't wait for a perfect posture. You're not doing anything wrong by practicing it, no one ever said that you had to do it perfectly before. It is up to you to find what will work for you. Even after 20 minutes no work, if something doesn't go right, let it out, shake it off and try again. No one will punish you if you don't get a decent work done.

Keep your eyes open. Watch others as you move. Look for movements that look awkward or weird. Pay attention to the body language and the expressions of others. Then pay close attention to the postures of everyone and observe.

Stay on the mat and make a mental effort to stay still. This gives more time to focus on the body movement and more energy for the action.

Take care of your breathing. Breathe deeply and regularly. Breath well for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat 3 to 4 times depending on how much effort it takes for you to stay still and focus on your breathing. After a few minutes you can consider it easy to do. Relaxing should be the goal now.

Do not rely on other people to keep you fit. They are certainly not going to give you a workout. Yes it might be beneficial sometimes, but the most effective way to develop your fitness is to train yourself. Always choose the class that allows you to get maximum benefit. Once more this means you want to go to the gym and spend hours there to find the exact solution that you're looking for, rather than searching for the people who will give you workouts and routines that they think you need. To do this, you need to practice it. Practice makes perfect.

It is possible to learn everything on its own. All it takes is dedication, hard work and patience. But if you want to be successful you need to set your expectations and give yourself rewards and penalties. When you feel good, try even harder to the point where you cannot stand anymore. It’s not going to happen overnight, but with consistent effort you can develop your ability to move mountains.
